Hello Viktor, Here is some information about Microsoft Outlook Email Error 800460c. Although I am not an Outlook Expert, the problem seems be caused by having either a 'PST' (personal folder in outlook) or an OST (offline folder in outlook) over 2GB in size. If you can determine which folder is causing the issue, and still access emails inside, then it is possible that moving emails to a different folder will solve the problem. Unfortunately, what I have read indicates that you may need to use special tools to reduce the file size. Please confirm that you have Microsoft Outlook 2000 or 2003 before proceeding - this error should not occur with Outlook 2007. Microsoft has a 'scanpst.exe' which can be used to diagnose and repair an inaccessible or damaged inbox. They also provide an 'oversized PST and OST crop tool' - which will help to repair/reduce the size of an mail folder over 2GB. This process may include losing a few messages, according to their web site. If those two tools do not provide an immediate fix, I suggest calling a tech support company - one that is certified in working with Windows XP and Outlook. They have probably seen this issue before. Good luck! - Andrew |
